Important Information:

Organic Whole Grain Quinoa.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Due to the way quinoa is harvested, it is recommended that the product is rinsed to remove any foreign impediments including small stones, dirt or plant material. To cook whole grain quinoa: Bring 2 cups water to a boil in 2 qt sauce pan. Add 1 cup Quinoa, bring back to boil, cover, cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until Quinoa has absorbed all the water. Remove from heat, fluff, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Yields about 4 cups.
